# NGBVD Access Restricted Page Text Fix

This patch changes the access-denied page label from `Requested URL` to `Requested Resource` and displays the protected resource/action that was being accessed.

It also changes the explanatory narration to a data protection notice focused on survivor confidentiality, case records and sensitive service-delivery information.
